Jalma is a seasoned executive and leadership coach, educator, mentor, organizational consultant, entrepreneur and speaker with over 35 years of experience in both the corporate and non profit sectors.  Jalma is certified by the International BodyTalk Association as a Pa Rama BodyTalk Practitioner and Certified Access Trainer.

After earning a BS in Nursing, and an MS in Human Behavior and Administration from Boston University, she completed extensive post graduate work in Organizational Systems from MIT and The University of Pennsylvania. In addition she went on to expand this knowledge and skill with study in energy medicine, in such modalities as NET, IET, Reiki, Shamanic healing, NLP and finally became certified in BodyTalk. In addition to her organizational consulting and leadership/executive coaching expertise, she has used her talents as a real estate developer, an advertising account executive, a senior healthcare executive, a marketing partner for an architectural firm, a general partner in an LLP real estate partnership, a principal in an IT company, and as the founder and president of a retail and wholesale company. She has created and managed projects and led departments in both the non-profit and commercial sectors. She was a founding partner of ICCA, Inc., a company dedicated to helping organizations measure and improve adaptability and alignment. She has held faculty and chair positions at a number of academic institutions, among them Boston College and Villanova University.

Chris earned her BA in chemistry from Mount Holyoke and her Master of Science in analytical chemistry from Ohio State University. She has spent several decades working in environmental science and the pharmaceutical industry. During this time, she was introduced to and practiced Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki, ancient arts of harmonizing life energy in the body for promoting optimal health and well being.

The opportunity to provide BodyTalk™ as a certified practitioner combines her knowledge and experience in science with her interest in Chinese medicine and elements of applied kinesthesiology.
